1. Is there any time limit to apply for a personal injury claim in New York City ?
Most of the personal injury cases, the statute of limitations is three years from the date of injury/accident. For other cases which involved New York City authorities, New York City Transit Authority or other municipalities, your Notice of Claim must be filed within ninety days of the injury and a lawsuit should be filed within 1 Year and 90 days.
2. What sort of damages can I claim?

3. How can I win my personal injury case?
When you are present at trial, you and your attorney needs to show following:-
